ya make sure you turn the dial all the way down.. when its set on FWD set,before you key up.so you don't pin the needle!

SWR any reason to worry??

Oh Come on guys , give me more credit than that ! I re-calibrate the meter with EVERY SWR check . And it is still in the red, not as high as when measured behind the Boomer. But, still in the red. Any ideas ?? I have considered trying a new different length jumper - maybe 6 or 9 foot?
sometimes, just a jumper change will do the trick. try the 6 an a 9 an go from there. I have had to do that.
