I read somewhere that SWR readings will change depending no how bad they have been verbally abused.....SWRs need reassuring that they are important and needed :laugh: :tongue:
It seems to be that you people just don't understand SWR. There's only one of them, you know, and it has to go to all those antennas around every time someone checks for SWR. Think about that for a minute! Everybody want's to 'check you out', never any rest, running from here to there instantly. @#$, I'd be a bit upset too, wouldn't you? Some times that SWR must be so exhausted that it just doesn't put up a very good/attractive appearance. Give the thing a break! Hey, it's just like 'Miss America'! Always in demand, always being 'inspected', heaven forbid that they have a 'bad hair' day! You know? Is it any wonder there's a new one every year or so? And then you got to recall that there's just one of the poor things having to do all that stuff. Can you imagine how difficult it is for the poor thing to find a replacement so it can rest? You should all be ashamed!
