Come on they Tasered an 82 year old man! You mean they couldn't thake him? They must have some real wussed out cops. :x
 
This one sounds ludicrous, but there is not enough information given for me to form an opinion. What's missing is how big was the man? Was he one of the sorts of men with heavy muscular frams and the cops didn't want to hurt him by rushing him? I don't know. I know some pretty powerful men who are up there in age who could offer a real fight if they felt threatened.

Thrit's just not enough info.
