AP and UPI reported that the French Government announced yesterday it has raised their terror alert level from "run" to "hide." The only two higher levels in France are "surrender" and "collaborate." The raise was precipitated by a recent fire which destroyed the French white flag factory in Paris,

thereby disabling its military.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
