This item is new and I got it from a radio person who said they had it stored away for years.
I do not know anything about radios ect. I have no way to test it.
Please ask questions and I will try and answer them.

I was looking on this website at TS amps are Regular the same as the HDV but do not have variable power knob? But they do have several power levels! what's the difference and what is better?

The V's simply have a variable output control. The others don't, so output is dependent upon the input. No other way to control it.
