MR LC thank you for every thing, finally i got the radio fixed. This is what i did since i couldn't find cb parts around here I got realistic trc448 that i don't need, I swapped the parts so here we go: tr36 (c2098),tr38 (c2020),tr41 (D526) and new tr42 (2sc945). it works ok now 1 w/ carrie swing 4w on my meter and ssb doesnt 15w. On the collector of tr38 on tx it reads 2.6 v and goes on up to 50v , on ssb the collector off tr38 read 13.8v on tx so it looks good. your knowledge on this hobby has been greatly appreciated.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
