The parking nazi must have been blind, deaf and dumb but mostly just dumb and a bitch thrown in for good measure.Even after being told the reporter had parking receipts she just kept writing and didn't even ask to see them. Generally all round good PR for Santa Monica. NOT!
I take back my comments. Since the receipts would be time stamped I guess the cops were in the right after all since they were called by the lot operator. Either way it was funny. Even funnier now that we know who was lying. 
One more smart-ass reporter who thinks she is special.
