I have been using an AT21 fan control. Adjustable turn-on from 90F to 130F. This is a hi quality commercial control and is easily mounted. About the diameter of a quarter. I purchase mine from FOX Appliance Parts in Atlanta, but Fox is all over the Southeast. Their part # AT-21. About $8.00. Use some heat sink compound when installing.
There are many smaller size appliance t-stats available with fixed turn-on temps. They are inexpensive and last forever. Check Fox Appliance online catalog.
That adjustable setup is kinda cool. I don't know how it would be attached though to be effective. It's a Superstar 400 AB1 amp, like the black Palomar 250 Elite with the fins on bottom and all extruded aluminum. It's not a big one, but I've had it pretty warm a couple times, so I want to give it some help to live.
Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
