Saw this as a project on hackaday.io. It's a control knob with a built in touchscreen running an ESP32 under the covers. Hook it up to a Si5351 board and you've built a VFO.

I had a bit of trouble getting the display to show me anything. Turns out the original author had neglected to put the SPI pin definitions in his original sketch, or mention them in his write up.

Anyways, this little guy is an about 1.28 inches in diameter. So, pretty darn small.

Original project here: https://hackaday.io/project/204585-build-simple-retro-style-vfo

Not sure what I'll do with it. I have a few ideas, all of them bad.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
