Saw this as a project on hackaday.io. It's a control knob with a built in touchscreen running an ESP32 under the covers. Hook it up to a Si5351 board and you've built a VFO.

I had a bit of trouble getting the display to show me anything. Turns out the original author had neglected to put the SPI pin definitions in his original sketch, or mention them in his write up.

Anyways, this little guy is an about 1.28 inches in diameter. So, pretty darn small.

    Does anyone know if you can replace the 2290 in a galaxy dx 93t twin turbine with a 2sc2879 red dot? If so, what would have to be tuned?

    Hambones the entire amp section would have to be retuned, and the rf transformers re wrapped.
