May Your God keep you under his umbrella. May his shield of faith, hope and courage protect you in times of need and despair.
May your dreams be peaceful and filled with your family and friends and theirs with you, where ever you may all be.
May you all separated from each other at this season find peace, strength and comfort knowing that your Love and Friendship transcends all space and time for you are always together.
May you share health, smiles and laughter until you find your way to home to each other...

I go back and find this almost every year since I first wrote it in Nov. 2008.
I originally wrote this to a fellow operator who was In-service and having a tough time dealing with being away again, from his family during what most of us find a Happy and Festive time of celebration.
I find that this year, it even more reflects my thoughts to whom people I cherish, and those whom I do not know.
These are the ones we hear about everyday on the news, whether it be the war in Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq. The continuing stand-offs and border tensions in Korea, China, parts of Europe plus even here at home in the USA.
These never ending complications of "War" whether it be thru, the flying of words thru Political motives, or the horrific trading of copper and lead for the Blood of life for seemingly meaningless pieces of Real Estate.
I just feel it more fitting now, than even then.
I give my Best Wishes to All for the Christmas Celebration and any Celebration of life or faith that maybe be yours.
May we all have better thoughts and consideration for each other in what I hope is a better 2019 for all of us, anywhere we may call home.
