I have a few TOKO RCL coils I need to test. Really just need to test the coils for a open/closed coil. If it's good or not. I saw on ebay that here are a couple of different low priced LCR meters that can test inductance. Anyone ever used one of these to test these toko coils? Thanks for any input.

A cheap digital multimeter from Home Despot or AutoZone will test for continuity.

Testing for inductance calls for a more-specialized instrument. Bear in mind the actual inductance of some parts like this will be under 1 microhenry. The cheaper testers may not go that low.
