I have no receive on am, in crystal, or manual the ssb has a little bit of gain in xtal ,and manual mode. transmit seems okay. I have swapped out r319, and r320, twice. Both times they did not reducing the voltage to pin 6. I am really confused.

The volyage should be around 110v at v303 pin 6, but it is about 432v it should be reduced to about 250v between r319 and r320,

V302 pin 6 is the "Manual" oscillator, the VFO. That section of that tube is active on AM and SSB equally.

Might check pin 1 of V302. This is the AM-only second mixer circuit. If R310 takes a hike, you'll get a low reading. The 130-Volt marking next on the schematic for pin 1 is still subject to plus/minus 15 percent or so.

Loss of AM receive only would point to V301, the AM-only crystal oscillator that feeds 5.8015 MHz into the other section of V302. A radio with extremely high mileage will wear out the 5.8015 crystal. Fortunately Barkett has that one.
