Of course our wonderful postal service couldn't let a pristine radio arrive unbroken so they did IDK what to it and broke and cracked the chrome trim on the body freaking heathens. Not the sellers fault. I was able to bring 3 out of 4 lights back to life but 4th is gone.
Do I have to cut solder etc? Doesn't seem to be a bulb socket arrangement.
I've got some spare little grain of wheats...also my "On the air" neon arrived. Wifes annoyed but I like it.
*edit* snipped resoldered new bulb its slightly brighter but pretty close. Had to bend it so it was angled toward the 1st meter to blend illumination so isnt so noticeable. The cellphone cam shows a massive difference but in person you can barely tell its even the same weak yellow.

Having retired from the Postal Service, Maintenance, I always tell people to pack your stuff as if it were going to be thrown across the room and survive. Thats because it is...
Your packages ride conveyors and then get tossed around from tubs into cages and back again..
I tend to use FEDEX for heavier items I send as they tend to be a little more gentle. I have also received severely damaged items from UPS.

The radio looks looks pretty clean inside though, and not bad overall. Nice rig

Well that sucks. Could be worse, though. Could require using a hammer to pound sheet metal flat because the shipper just threw loose sheets of bubble wrap in the box and the shipping company more or less crushed it.
