You have to wonder about a researcher who uses a food source as a deterrent...electrified or not. The bear stuck around.

That video makes no sense. If you don't want a bear eating your kill, don't leave the damn meat lying around.

The whole idea was to see how much of a deterrent the electric shock would be, the deer was just used for bait.
