Turn Off Thread Subscriptions?

I am getting automatically subscribed to every thread I post in or start. Any further responses on those threads lands me an email.

I've looked in my CP under Subscriptions and I don't see any boxes to check or uncheck that subscribes to anything. It appears to be automatic.

How do I turn all of this off?

[FONT=&quot]Go into your User CP (control panel). On the left under “Settings and Options” click on “Edit Options”. Under “Messaging and Notifications” you should see “Default Thread Subscription Mode” in the second box down. Make sure the drop down menue is set to “Do not subscribe” to disable all such notifications. If you want to subscribe to certain ones then click on subscribed threads.[/FONT]
