Turner +3's are nasty. Don't like the compression circuit in them. +2's sound far nicer with my voice.

I've had both antennas, and at 36 ft. I prefer the Sigma IV.

CPI 2000 is a cool looking radio. Must not have made many. Almost never see them on Ebay.

I have no idea how many were made but they are indeed rare. I think people who have them don't let them go.

I'd have to go with either a Browning Golden Eagle or a Cobra 2000 GTL, Turner Plus 3 mic, and twin 40 ft. towers. One with a AstroPlane as an omni, and on the other a 4 element quad with switchable polarity. Nothing really fancy or exotic, just proven performers.
