Does anyone know how to remove the annoying button press beep on said radio? I've looked online and i did'nt find anything

Thanks

I do. Search forums, I explained someone else how to do it not long time ago.
Thanks, I found your post from 2009, And no indication at all where the components are or their values, So i have to find a decent schematic to find them, Cheers for your very "limited" input! A simple "They are located near X" would have helped

You must not have searched good enough like this post from February 2022.
or
even better from your own HTX100 post of the similar question this past July 2024.

I found it myself, Much easier than trying to find an unmarked resistor/capacitor, Cut brown wire on cable header located right next to Side Tone VR [VR116]

You do realise the HTX-100 and Lincoln are different radios yeah ?

Also, I searched for Lincoln and Uniden 2830, Not HR2510

It wouldn't have hurt the guy to just say "Rxxx or Cxxx is located next to this" to make it that little easier as 2830/Lincoln has no resistor or capacitor markings on the PCB, Only diodes and transistors are marked, So trying to locate a diode or resistor by looking at the PCB is impossible.

Anyway, I have given a more detailed solution above for anyone else not finding any useful help here

Hence the word "basically" in "they are all the same basically".
Next time do your own research instead of attacking people trying to help.
