If that board is the same as a Cobra 25, PC66XL, and many others, then VR-5 is your AM Modulation adjustment. Just don't be turning it up all the way and feeding it a power mic. :P
 
Used to be that this was only a matter of looking up the service data, or the schematic diagram and passing along the ID it's marked on the circuit board.

Uniden stopped printing service data for CB radios decades ago.

I'll poke about at work next time I'm there and see if anything turns up.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
