Using an Ultragain Pro model MIC2200

I am going to use a MXL V67 microphone into the above preamp on my Galaxy DX2547. I used this setup in the past. BUT, Over time I lost the settings I used.
Has anyone on here used this vacuum tube powered preamp?

Micgain depend on your taste. Avoid CLIP led being on
EQ off
Locut off
