Here is one of my refurbished Tweety Bird D104's. This one is on a TUP9 Stand. There is no label on the base so I can't really tell if this was originally a Black Special of if a previous owner painted the base. At any rate if painted they did a good job. Flat black base. Chrome head with all chrome screws on front and back. Mic is LOUD clean and clear and sounds and works as should. There is the usual assortment of minor nicks and fine scratches from normal previous use but none are bad. I'll rate the cosmetics as an easy 8.8 of 10 but you may think it's better. Some wear around the edge in the bottom plate felt in a couple of places but 100% good on the bottom. Inside is one of my all new Tweety Bird noise toys build around a 14 pin transistor chip and onto a small piece of circuit board for heavy duty stability. ON/OFF switch for straight talking with no sounds. Turn ON and it fires a single wavy Tweet. Push button for continuous classic Tweety Bird. Variable control varies the Tweety Repeat Speed from a standstill up to full-fast repeat. Have matched the black base up with a black push button and knob. Can provide you with a new silver tone knob if you like or you can replace with a knob of your choice. Comes wired standard 4 pin Cobra/Galaxy and Duracell battery installed so it is ready to plug n' play n' Tweet right out of the box.

The TUP9's with the Base Key Bar are harder to find and cost more so this mic is $125 shipped includes insurance. Paypal GIFT please or Postal money order. Feel free to PM with any questions. Lower 48 U.S. shipping only, thanks

Note that ship & insurance will be $15-18 bucks to your location so mic is actually about $110 to you.

We won't have to worry about "Kennith" any more. Odd that he only joined yesterday yet knows so much about how long gear has been for sale. I guess his big Connecticut brain is a little slow today. He should have known better. FWIW I suspect he has been around here before under another name. LOL

I am sure he has been around before, and off his meds again.

Good catch Captain.
