I have a Heathkit VTVM (IM-11) with a probe that is cracked beyond use. I've been searching the web without any luck trying to find a replacement cable. Does anyone have any ideas where I might find either a cable or the whole probe assembly? It's a shame that I can't use it just because the cable is worn.

That radio does not need a power mic, so purchase a stock "coffin style" mic with a decent cord, like the ones that Astatic uses.
