I just purchased a VX-7r that has not been hardware modded. US version of the radio. I would like to do the VX-7 Commander software mods. I have checked the box in VX-7 Commander that allows mods and I have uploaded the mod to my radio. However, when I do a function test, the radio does not transmit on the modded frequency.
Would someone be kind enough to let me know what I am doing wrong and what I will need to do to make the software mod work?
