there was the "Doctor" days....... everyone seemed to be Doctor this or Doctor that.

then there was the UNDERTAKER era, names like UNDERTAKER, GRAVE ROBBER, WIDOW MAKER, GRAVEDIGGER, MORTICIAN, ect
