It's supposed to look that way? I thought someone had poured tar into the amp and then set it on fire.
this looks like one he did and it was kicked back to him after it had an opps...
only way i can think he had his hands in it after it when bang..
1. the 24 caps
2. the BBI label in the PCB
3. 5 wall balance resistors

The cap across that output transformer should have never gotten hot enough to melt the solder if all the fans stopped. No one can say it was his fault or the result of operator abuse but there was more going on than a fan not cooling a metal clad capacitor .
