What is a suitable Sub for the L39/42 RF Choke in Cobra 2000?

Given that you cannot get these OEM anywhere unless you happen to have junk radio to raid, (which I don't) does anyone know what a proper substitute would be and/or what the specs/ratings is on these? Not shown anywhere in the specs or sams facts...
