Hello,
Not sure if i should have posted here or under amplifiers? I have moved to my next project. I have a old tube amplifier a D&A MDX200 and i want
to change it from using 4 6lq6 tubes to 4 31lq6 tubes. I know its a popular change and i know that tubes can run on d/c or a/c. But to do it right
I'm sure there is a proper way. I look forward to hear from you guys that are way smarter than i am.

31 volt filaments X4
simple math says wire in series.
Use by pass caps and I would use a fuse in line just for filaments.
that is just a rough answer and by no means a step by step how to do.
