I have a Gizmotchy 3 element beam and a Jo Gunn Smoking Gun 2 element beam which one of these is the better beam as far as skip or local talking. I am putting it up on a 40 foot tower? I like how heavy duty built the Jo Gunn is but Gizmotchy is a 3 element. Their specs are pretty close.! Opinions please??

My neighbor has or had the jo gun and wasnt happy with it mostly because it wouldnt handle wind. I could've bought the pretzel for $100 and I passed.

Another old topic but, my Dad had a 3 element Gizmotchy with the vertical and flat side and it talked great!
He was making contacts everywhere!
He loved it.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
