Well, if our government can place cameras on every street corner to monitor us and simply say "if you're not doing nothing wrong, you got nothing to worry about...." the same applies to them. I venture to say that it only bothers them because they know as much as we do that they are usually doing something wrong and would rather most of us not know about it.
