Rebuilding a KL-703 that has IR branded MS1307's. One of the PushPull circuits got wiped out due to a solder ball that shorted a Drain & Gate. I have RM3's but they don't match. I can't source any that look the same. The Chinese stuff is all rebranded. I will try to get a picture of the transistor's front and back when I get off work. They have the typical Vishay/IR/Infineon oval hole in the heatsink. Please DM me if you think you have some you can spare.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, the RFParts MS1307's were different too. No oval hole in the heatsink.

Thanks Chris!

I looked at that one too and it doesn't look like it has the oval hole in the heatsink, the IR logo is different, and the small circular indention in the Mosfet body is on the bottom, not the top.
For all I know, the MS1307's that were in the 703 were "rebranded". I am just trying to match them.
In my experience, the input SWR into the 703 is best (still needs to be worked on to get flat) when all 16 Mosfet's match. When one of the push pull circuits uses something different, it makes the input SWR go up from 1.5 stock to ~1.9ish.
