I have just been giving a Yaesu FT-290R II hamd radio and believe this works on the 2m ham radio band,i have no instructions for it so im just wondering if there is anywhere online i can download some, also what is this radio likely to fetch if i was to sell it on ebay or something.
Thanks

Those are a pretty decent little rig. They only run about 2.5 watts but they are multimode which opens up a whole new world of 2m SSB. It is amazing what 2.5 watts will do on 2m SSB from a hilltop. :thumbup1:

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
