A buddy of mine has a 7250 that will not power on.
He seems to think his power supply spiked and took out the radio.
Any ideas???
I don't have this radio but is there a internal fuse or protection diode that may have popped??

Smt ,nope no internal fuse or protection. How big a spike hit it?
I got 2 of em
 
The power supply took it out so not really to sure of the spike it took.
It may still be under warranty so he is sending it back to Yaesu.

7250 has 3 year warrenty,i know for certain
