Yeah, it's hard to tell from that pic but there are two sets of bolts on the top and bottom of the tripod mast mount. You just screw the bolts into your mast size and tighten them down.

it does look like a 1.25 OD as he has the tape sitting across the pipe,but he has the tape off centered in relation to the pipe,if you follow the curve of the pipe around to the other side of the tape it should be really close to the 1.5 inch mark
Look at the center line of the tape. It is pretty much centered and reads 3 cm across which is around 1.2".

...I didnt look at teh center line of the tape..... it falls somewhere between 1 and 5/16 and 1 and 3/8 inch ...still will make a good antenna pole

1-1/4" OD thin-wall tubing. Does not look like a "genuine" section of iron pipe, maybe really old and rusted fence top-rail?
