Just watched the first guy completely ignore the four golden rules on guns.
During target practice today I started to put my finger on the trigger of my Sig P232 while walking to the steel target to paint over the buller strikes. I imediately realized what I about to do and removed it.

Situational awareness and proper training plus having a CCW Permit would've saved him a lot of grief. At least it wasn't a Sig. That would've been something to cry over.
Yes there is a big debate over concealed vs. Open carry. Most of the CCW guys and gals frown upon the open carry crowd.

Try finding HP 22 ammo nowadays. I paid $15 for 50 rds of CCI 1640 fragmentable 22LR ammo.
You can find the cheapo stuff on the web.
The best all standard 22LR ammo That I found of Federal match grade target ammo.
