8.00 am in the morning middle of winter 55 deg F here. The locals feel like hell has frozen over.!

92 here today and the humidity was awful. Lat weekend it was 77 and dry..more like a typical MI summer day.
I get the best of both worlds here. Rarely does it ever get below zero Fahrenheit in the winter and very rarely above 88 Fahrenheit in the summer. The humidity gets a little high in the summer but like in the southern USA.
I don't want it. I'm a cool weather kind of guy.somewhere between 45 and 70 is my specified operating temperature.And you can have it.
got down to 72F last night vk, the night before was 75F. don't know the humidity. the dewpoint was 72 degrees yesterday morning with it down to 70 this morning.
