I'm just hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'm looking for plans on building any style beam antennas for 11-meter. I would like to build one, either Yagi or boxed style. i currently have a 5/8 ground plane about 60 ft in the air. I'm just looking to build something to play with. I will need it to be able to handle at least 2kw. Thanks guys!

If you want to start simple and then go from there try the Moxon.
Google it.
Search for it here in the forum.
Can be built in an afternoon before the wife gets home from the hair stylist. I know...
"what are you wasting time on now? You could have been...."

How many elements? Try a direct feed yagi...just isolate the hot and ground and it's just two 1/4 waves in length. (1/2 wave antenna) Should match with pretty close to 50 ohms. Then add a reflect..and directors. The internet is your friend. But I found using a rf strength meter is it.
