Just sounds like harmonics from the power oscillator in a switchmode power supply of some sort.

Had a 12-inch LCD VGA display that did this to me on 80 meters. It got replaced pretty quickly. That one is now used on the tube tester's computer so it's only powered up when the tester is in use.
