Small circuit board with the chips on it, behind the channel selector, sorta.
Terribly awkward to reach as I recall. What voltage do you get now at that test point on the channel they specify? This is your PLL tuning voltage, and changes for each channel.

I found the SAMS and got everything back to normal, radio works great now. Once again thank you
