Sams PhotoFacts Collection

Here is the alignment info you wanted....enjoy.... Dan
Thank you sir! This little radio has some of the best full sounding receive I’ve ever heard! There’s a few on eBay! Great little radio. I put a 33.900 crystal in it to get 26 27 28 and our local channel 30. Awesome shooting dx on 28 on this little guy. Sounds very good with a d104.

Hello guy's, I am trying to find some tune up and part locations for a JC Penny 981-6246. From what I have found, it is the same as a sears 934.38260700, which is a Sam's 254. Any info would be very much appreciated.

Thanks, Tom

It would be helpful if you could post a list of the Volume #s that you do not have.

I don't see why I need to provide a list of the ones I don't have when I have to look for the ones I do have. At this time I don't have the time t go through 400 plus volumes do make that list, sorry....

If you don't have a list of the ones you don't have, how do you know which ones to look for to fill out your collection ???
I've been trying to fill out my set for years and still have 4 missing volumes. I have a lot of duplicates and was going to offer to sell you the dups I have that are on your missing list. But if you, "don't have the time," .....

I have only one SAMS, #158. Willing to scan it in if someone needs it.

Had to buy it when searching online for a midland 13-892 schematic turned up nothing. I wish I had a whole set. It would be awesome if this site could host a digital copy similar to the CBTricks page.

I agree that a digital Sams CB library would be cool. Trouble is the photos in the Sams books are printed using pre-1990 technology, and are so grainy as to be practically unusuable. Besides, having to scan/copy one volume would take forever and there are 293 volumes.

Sams has a huge library of original CB service manuals. These are available from them either in hardcopy or digital format. Search for what you want here:

This is the Sams website:

In addition to their large library of cb service manualsl, they also have manuals for many cb models not found in their CB Photofact series. Copies are available . Pretty pricey though.
