Touch the screen where it says LSB or USB or CW or RTTY etc. It will pop up and touch AM.
Try this instead. You'll like it even better.
Better Rx, better filters and R&L has the Field model for under $900 right now. Trust me you will love it.

This is unbelievable ... but not (no disrespect to OP). Another example of piss poor "improvements" to a perfectly working design. I might start a thread where all can rant about such "improvements" with products.
FT-710 not Dx10. No MARS, no anything. Never been open. No need.Mars mod on the ftdx10? (Not the field version)
I don't like Yaesu's user interface. I prefer the Icom all day long.
