Automated machines working


It's amazing how they work so fast, but I think it's more amazing how anyone can figure out how build the machine in first place!
I agree the programming for these things must be extremely complicated.
I would think that this is how boards are built for Anytone ( and others) now compared to hand-wave soldering like the old Rangers.

I used to program and maintain older Fuji and newer Universal brand parts placers and was on call to reprogram placement issues or breakdowns on the line for these at L3Harris. I serviced all the machines on the line from paste to place to oven to AOI final imagery inspection. What a killer job it used to be.
I never seen anything place parts so fast. It was amazing. Thanks for posting these vids guys.
