11 meter is very quiet?

I was on today at various times. Made lots of contacts and several good qsos. Then, between 6 and 6:40 (central time) Australia started coming in great! I managed several qsos before it faded.. Then I started hearing Hawaii, so I jumped in and had a couple more qsos to end the day.
hope i get the chance to work my radios in great conditions.when chance hits im busy.timing chain musta jumped a sprocket tooth
Was able to talk to 350 in Illinois in the little radio time I had today.
Got in a little early from work today and headed straight to the station. Static but making calls anyway and have talked to New York, New Hampshire, Oregon and Nova Scotia and all reported that i was the only one in their receive. Pretty nice not competing with a train wreck.
Was you talking on a Q6 Pro and what channel. I spent a little time in the radio room but mostly re-hooking my Q6 Pro and fooling around with my settings. I'm spending these 3 days cleaning up my neglected House after getting winter ready.
Yes the q6 pro with a few extra whiskeys behind it and 37 is where I parked.
Well was excited to try out my Q6 Pro today since I changed my mic gain adjustment yesterday and the solar site said 10-12 meter was poor for today and they weren't wrong for me. 11 meter wasn't worth a squat for me. LOL And yesterday it was Good of coarse and my Spoiled Silver Spoon neighbor was home because it was Veterans Day. Only goes to prove I was born under the Wrong Moon ! LOL
You say the q6 pro will cause interference with your neighbor?
I'm 25' between my antenna and my neighbors house and have never caused issues with any radio and even and up to 600 watts.
It's a long story and my neighbors are the neighborhood trouble makers and have wanted my property even before I bought it. As a Viet Nam veteran I get tired of handling everyone with Kids Gloves. Freedom of speech is for me also not just scum bags. My policy is don't stir the pot because the end result wont be pretty and I don't want to blow a head gasket. I don't have that much longer to go in this little Poop Hole town before I either sell this joint out from under them or Kick the Bucket. LOL And if I Kick the Bucket they will have to put up with my daughters and my daughters don't like them either. LOL
Should we try to schedule a coordinated CB skip week-end for like mid-December? How about December 13-14th, a full month away? This much lead time will give us time to get the word out.
LSB 38 and LSB 37 are becoming chronic train wrecks. A frequency that isn't regularly over-run would make for a better experience. Folks have suggested USB35 or USB40. Someone else mentioned LSB 33. I like the 33 idea since it isn't a channel widely used for skip. USB also is tempting since it doesn't seem to get much use.

Shitty neighbors can be a major PITA. When we lived in SoCal, our Korean neighbors had a tiny dog that barked 24/7. Totally annoying. I asked them politely to quiet it down. Their reply- " No speakee English."
I recorded their dog for about an hour's worth to take to the city to complain. Before I could do that, they had a party in their backyard for a bunch of friends. I put our stereo on the back porch, fired up the recording, and let it play (at high volume) all afternoon. Never heard their dog again.

There is a old saying ( He who Snoozes Loses ). If they wanted this property they should have bought it before I did instead of waiting for the price to come down. They will just have to Live on their Postage Stamp with all their small town ordinances and dream. I worked Hard to make this property shine & dumped a lot of money in it. You don't get anything for nothing when you come from Poor Folk.
