No schematic but I think that these were badged under multiple names. The tuning can slugs are painted in place and removing them is a real chore. The threads often strip when trying to soften the paint. I triedcto slign the output and wound up with the sliding slug issue i fixed that with a fine rubber band piece.

My.main problem is getting it on frequency. Receive is good but its 2khz low accross all channels. Anyone know what to adjust?

I would sit it on shelf and use it for conversation piece.
But they are fun to play with.
If a component will not adjust within specs,,then time to chase the voltage and see where it is bad..
Caps is easiest and best solution for an old tuber or (cough) vintage cobra 2k.
once recapped then, attempt to realign.
Refurb/restoring old rig is alot like working with student welders on pipe welding with hydro pressure testing.
Fix one leak and then you find the next one.
have fun.
oh,,carbon resistors also will be way out of spec

i had the t240d back in early 80s with 50 foot tower and moonraker 4s and extra channels made contacts all out west in my 70 monte carlo i had the colt midnite special 102 whip and extra channels in the evenings going home made many contact skip that colt fit under the dash like it was made for it
