Its very strange that I have been playing with birds, lp-100a, Welz meters,
I was scratching my head just the other day trying to remember what that meter was called & you pop up with a post about the same meter,
The first time I have seen a pic of it in many years, ESP ?

Add another $419 and you got it.
I think the original one was around $250 or so from One Stop Electronics.

I randomly found this last night and remembered that recently someone had asked about them.
Carl used to use that round military surplus meter movement, not this big meter so maybe they are not so prone to get stuck.

So long as you don't crack the meter movement open, that's not a big risk.

There's a local who has a Bulldog. Impressive looking meter for sure. A Working Original. Don't know if he got it calibrated but it needed a calibration - the different watt level settings didn't match .... but once doing that would be an awesome meter for sure. Would love to have it over here.
