I( asked Yaesu for advice. The drawing is confusing in that it shows pins 4 & 6 above/below one another, poorly drawn as you cannon follow them through from one radio to another. No written instructions can be found on the WWW on how to make the cable. It appears than only pins 4 & 6 are needed...

I just opened up the thumb switch for transmit. The micro switch is wired: Black:common Red: Normally closed Blue: Normally Open Hope this helps.

I've had this radio since new in the 70's. The microphone is missing and I need to replace it. It is a 3 wire pin out. Does anyone here have a microphone schematic? Thank you.
