I am going to change the oil in the gennys, set up a tent in the backyard and raise my 6m antenna. 10m is hell for me right now due to local QRM. So 6/2/70 is all I have for options.

There are two clubs working near me, one north, one south. I see what I can work simplex and probably monitor 10m even if it requires an s7 signal to get over the noise.

I have to do some painting in the in kitchen, but I'll also be in the shack getting it organized and making contacts between coats. Our company picnic is Saturday as well a couple miles away and at the same park as the local radio clubs field day op. I may stop by the in the afternoon.

Operating QRP with my KX-3 with a local club in High River Ab. Last time they operated there was 2013 doing aid to civil power during fieldday weekend for real. High River was completely flooded out due to high rain fall in the Mtns to the west.
Its going to be fun, using my 2 new antennas for GOTA and QRP.

Well, I operated for 10 hours yesterday. Club operated 7A in a spot where they thought they would get exposure (didn't happen) due to lack of signs and high, high heat. 34C in the shade at the peak of the day.
