    Make power adjustment proper way. Set ALC as before. In place of red cross add 1kOhm pot. (Just lift one leg of the resistor and add pot.). Adjust output power to desired lvl. Done. Mike

    Low radiation angle for excellent DX. Strictly depended on mounting height. Can be skywave. Poor element joining with sheet metal screws. It seems, that is not DC grounded antenna. I doubt user can see a difference comparing to other, similar length antenna. Mike

    DPS600PB OVP mod. 3 diodes give 2.1V higher OVP trigger point. So if PS is set to 14V it's just perfect.
