I have a wilson shooting star in need of a boom, its the same as the maco, have heard good things about them one of these days I will get it up and running. If you have a place to mount it and rotor and such I would go for it.

These are decent for the most part, sounds like something is wrong with yours, they are touchy to adjust but I adjust both of my 100amp version's with a metal screw driver with no issues.

Run mine at 14v no issues and very pleased with the heater for output. and remote so I can preheat garage.

Thoughts on the heater so far? I am having good luck burning at 206-212 celcius. and have ps set at 14v.
