Yes, it's a pain to clean!! The very first time she cleaned it, she grabbed the dishrag from the dishwater, rang it out and went to wiping it down. I guess the stove was still a little warm, we liked to have never got the soap stains off of it. I ended up using rubbing compound to get them off...
I'm gonna vent a little bit, my wife worries her self to death about the amount of money we paid for our house. Did I pay to much, I probably did, but the way I look at it, I wanted it, she said she wanted it, so I bought it. Like they say you can't take it with you so I might as well spend it...
I didn't get to stop at Bob's, had to take a different route home. I found my buddies wallet in the side pocket of my truck door, he's been off work for a few months so I have had it in my truck for a while. He didn't seem to concerned, but I took it to him anyway. I ended up taking 81 South...
well we signd paper work on the pending sale of our old house. hopefully this time it gets done. And I learned something today, Kolar toilets pretty much have to use Kolar parts a universal toilet repair kit will not work on the Kolar models I have in my house and no stores in my area carry the...
I've seen an ol boy chip out an arrowhead once, that's a talent that's very rare these days, or at least it seems it would be. That's great work. I've lived in Oklahoma almost 40 years and I've yet to find an arrowhead, but then again I can barely find an Easter egg. :)
I appreciate the comments, but I don't think their that good, better than average but I'm always my worst critic. I would have loved to have gone to art school but I do enjoy drawing, when I do draw time flys buy, I can kill 4 or 5 hrs and not even realize it. I need to draw more often.
Your exactly right, my mom had a painting, one of those cheap prints you could get at K mart, anyway it was a picture of a Spanish mission, with a red tile roof and some surrounding trees. for year that's what we all seen when we looked at it. Then my daughter who was five years old at that...
UPDATE: My niece was supposed to buy my old house, paperwork was signed in October and she was supposed to close December 30th. Five months later she still hasn't signed all while we continue to keep insurance on the place, so we gave an ultimatum of closing by Mar 31or we put the house back on...
My grandfather was a welder, and I didn't learn how to weld either. I did the same, bought a little welder from Walmart to see if I could teach myself to weld. I haven't played with it yet but that's the plan.
I know there's some talented people on here, so I was curious if anyone has a hidden talent or just something you like to do in your spare time. I like to draw, I'm not great but I enjoy drawing, I need to do it more often. So I'd like to see others talents, be it drawing, painting...
Slow I'll have to try and check out Effingham, Illinois. Elizabethtown, Tn and West Memphis I run those roads quite a bit. I bet I've been on the road with you at some point in the last five years and didn't know it. I've seen a sign for Bob's CB coming up here to Pa last week, I think yove...
Well here I am again! My son was doing pretty good for the last few weeks and then I went back to work. He had gotten a job while I was home last time, just working in the shop of a little water well drilling outfit, they were paying him fifteen dollars an hour, cash money, 3 minutes from the...
I've been a little silent, been sandbagging on here some, hope everyone has been well. I have my Maddison set up with a 102 ss whip for my antenna, I'm not hearing anything but static, I'll admit I threw the antenna up quickly it's not perfect but good swrs, could be better though, anyway I have...
Just turned 54, and I vaguely remember two of those commercials. But I did recognize the actor on the Cobra punch commercial, he made several appearances on MASH, Although I don't know his name.
That's nice, I just bought my first table saw and compound miter saw. I seen a refurbished Grizzly table saw on Craigslist, $1200 was more than I could get away with when it comes to the wife.
