PSF you got to ask them for the kit that matches the Linear Amplifier Schematics :) they use to post the kits,don't know why they don't now :)

I have done that in the past..it was scary at first, but remember without a pilot(something to keep it lit) it will just go out when you take the match or lighter away :P Anyways why we lingering on answers. he got it up and running a day ago..lol

I had that same problem in the past grounded my unit(cb 27Mhz 40,40up,40down) to a cold water pipe and or wall socket from my second story,went through my stereo and my surround sound system! now I haven't ran this ground and had no problems at all, after 2 years....the antenna is a maco V5000...

its not to bad, if added a var for the CAP ping would of been nice..and a 40 channel led whats so bad about that besides the 2 RB's....lol a relay in the phone jack is nice does save on a foot peddle :)

um good review but most of them radios are easy to convert(jumpers) and mod(limiter or swing kit RF 10-100 key up or more if done right).....lol well in some eyes.. a better review is when you say it sounds good(not the mic it turned all the way up)stock 2995DX radio can do that... does it...

ya i hear ya switch, I had a menber that it took me and 10 others to get that member ban because this member was a teacher out of Indiana and foul mouthed me badly for in correct spelling and more then once on and off ebay so i went on his buying list and send emails to others and gathered 10...
